We operate an appointment only service. These are 1 to 1 with no other customers present.
For this exclusively we charge a small non-refundable booking fee of £10 which secures the appointment time. However if you purchase a dress at this appointment then we will deduct the £10 from the purchase price.
We can look to change appointments but do not refund booking fees for cancellations or no shows.
